RI President touches down in, Addis Ababa Ethiopia
The Rotary International President International President Francesco Arezzo and his partner Anna Maria have landed in the land of origins for two day visit to District 9212. Ethiopia is the selected country for this historic visit where by they were warmly welcomed at the VIP Terminal by DG Wairimu Njage, Rotary International Director Daniel Tanase, Rotary Foundation Trustee Geeta Manek, Aid to RIP and Board Chairperson of Rotary Ethiopia, Rtn Dr Seble Hailu, District Governor Elect Essayas Yesuswork ,DGE Saad ,Rotary District 9212 officials and organizing committee leads.
This official visit holds significant diplomatic and development importance and will provide a platform to highlight Rotary’s long-standing contributions and impact in Ethiopia, as well as to strengthen engagement and partnership with Rotary International
at a global level.
With in this two days visit he will be meeting with H.E. President Taye Atske Selassie, of Ethiopia and H.E. Dr. Mekdes Daba, Minister of Health, in addition to a Joint Rotary Ethiopia 70th Anniversary Launching Dinner to be held at the Palace
